MINTY BETS: May 26th, and we've got three Stanley Cup playoff games to preview. Let's start with the Penguins and Islanders. The Islanders are a favorite of minus 120, and the total is 5 and 1/2. Pittsburgh is 2 and 6 their last eight meetings against New York, and New York is 9 and 4 as home favorites their last 13 games.

I'm looking for another intense and close game. The difference maker for the Islanders is their backup goalie, Ilya Sorokin. New York has won every game he started in. So if Sorokin starts, I'm on the Islanders.

Next up, the Panthers and Lightning. The Lightning are a favorite of -155, and the total is 6. The Panthers are 5 and 2 their last seven road games, while Tampa Bay is 5 and 2 their last seven games at home.

Florida has started their third different goalie in this series, and they might have found their sweet spot with the rookie Spencer Knight. I'll be looking for the Panthers to go with what worked in game five and trust him again. I'm backing Florida here as they're on the brink of elimination.

Last up, the Knights and the Wild. The Knights are a favorite of -155 and the total is 5 and 1/2. Vegas is 10 and 2 their last 12 games as road favorites, while Minnesota is 5 and 12 their last 17 games as home underdogs.

I've seen this before, the Knights were only one win away from winning this series, but this is how they play. They like to play extremely close elimination games. That being said, I'm looking for the Wild to tie the series up. When Minnesota can get ahead of Vegas in the game, they usually take it and run with it.
