PAMELA MALDONADO: Welcome to Pam's Prop Shop, bringing you some betting options out of the NFC North. Could the Detroit Lions go 0 and 17? I'm gonna tell you that this team will absolutely stink this season. Let's look first at the defense. The Lions last year allowed 30-plus points in the final six games of 2020.

The Lions, they also have a new quarterback in Jared Goff. When under pressure, Goff ranked 29th of 35 quarterbacks in expected points added. His yardage, yards per pass attempt, and touchdowns all declined in each of his last three seasons. I don't know what the Lions were thinking when they decided to swap out Matthew Stafford, who could at least throw the ball downfield, for Goff.

- Are you sure about that?

PAMELA MALDONADO: Not a good quarterback in Jared Goff with what weapons? If you look at wide receiver Tyrell Williams, he missed the entire 2020 season from injury and has no more than 43 receptions in a single season since 2016. They also have wide receiver Breshad Perriman. The Lions will be his fifth team in five years. That kind of tells you all you really need to know.

All that, plus the Lions will have the second-toughest schedule of opposing defenses. Betting-wise, the Lions, they aren't favored in a single game this year. Let's do the math. You have a no-good Jared Goff, no good wide receiving weapons, and a no-good defense, plus a hard AF schedule.

Some prop options available for the Detroit Lions, throw some pancake money on the Lions to go 0 and 17 at plus 2800. Also, throw a little pancake stack on the Lions to have the worst record in the NFL at plus 400. You do the math, it's not looking good for this Lions team in 2021.
