MINTY BETS: We've got two MLB.com games to preview for Friday, July 16. Let's start with the Dodgers and Rockies. LA is a -200 favorite, and the total is 11. Starting for LA, we've got Walker Buehler. He's 9-1 with a 2.36 ERA, 114 strikeouts, and 26 walks. For Colorado, we've got Antonio Senzatela. He's 2-8, with a 4.58 ERA, 65 strikeouts, and 21 walks.
The Rockies are 2-8 their last 10 meetings against the Dodgers at Coors Field. Antonio Senzatela has given up 11 earned runs in his two starts against LA this season, and I'm kind of expecting the same thing to happen. LA has a team batting average of .248, an OPS of .766 against righties like Senzatela. Walker Buehler only has one loss when starting this season, so I feel comfortable betting the Dodgers on the run line, and I'll also look to the over, because Coors Field.

Next up, the Indians and A's. Oakland is a -200 favorite, and the total is 8 and 1/2. On the mound for Cleveland, we've got Eli Morgan. He's 1-3, with an 8.44 ERA, 22 strikeouts, and four walks. Oakland is starting Chris Bassitt. He's 10-2, with a 3.28 ERA, 118 strikeouts, and 29 walks.
I can see both of these teams struggling at the plate after the All-Star break. Chris Bassitt is one of their best starters, and only allowed four earned runs in his last four home starts. Eli Morgan is still a bit of a question mark, though I do think the break will help him a little. Offensively, these teams don't do well against right-handed pitchers, and they both rank bottom 10 in team batting average. I'll look to the under in this game. I think it'll be a low-scoring affair.
