If you're active on Instagram, chances are you've caught a glimpse of Bala Bangles. First introduced on Shark Tank, the bracelet-weights bring both style and low-intensity exercise to your life. They're a simple but brilliant combo of accessory and workout gear — which come in one- and two-pound varieties and a fantastic range of colors — and the world has gone wild for them.

The only arguable downside is the price — $49 for a pair — until now. As a part of their Fourth of July savings event, Dick's Sporting Goods has dropped the price of a pair (in Blush Pink, Charcoal or Heather Grey) by $20, bringing the price down to $29. This is honestly the lowest we've ever seen Bala Bangles priced!

Besides being super photo-friendly, Bala Bangles are constructed in a thoughtful, ergonomic way. Consisting of eight rectangular silicone weights affixed to an elastic strap, they loop around wrists (or ankles) and perfectly mold to your body. We've spotted Bala Bangles during barre and yoga classes, outside on a morning stroll or on afternoon errands. Because they're so comfortable, you barely notice they're on!

"I’ve had these for a few months and I love them," wrote one happy customer. "They are so chic-looking. It’s takes a little getting used to how to position the weights. They are easy to take on and off. Love the variety of colors."

Another said: "Very comfortable, I wear them all day long, including [during] my 12-hour work shifts."

"I purchased these after seeing them on the 'Today' show! Easy to put on, not too heavy! Wear when walking," suggested another fan.

Bala Bangles have taken the fitness community by storm, and the cult following online proves they're not just a flash in the pan. Down to just $29 a pair through the end of the holiday weekend, Bala Bangles are are a great get — for you, a workout buddy or both. Choose from the whole range of colors at Dick's Sporting Goods before the sale ends.
