Rugby-Australia's Western Force lose appeal to stay in Super Rugby

SYDNEY, Sept 5 (Reuters) - The Western Force have lost their appeal to remain in Super Rugby after being cut from next year's competition. The New South Wales Supreme Court declined an appeal on Tuesday from Rugby Western Australia to challenge an independent arbitrator's decision to allow the Australian Rugby Union to cut the team from next year's competition.
