The Lions earned their first win of the season on Monday by defeating Division II Delta State, 91-70. In the game, six players reached double-digits in scoring. Brody Rowbury scored 10 points while pulling down eight rebounds. Roger McFarlane led the team in scoring with 14.
Auburn true freshman guard Aden Holloway had a fantastic debut game on Tuesday by scoring 19 points off the bench. Johni Broome had another stellar all-around game with 16 points and 11 boards, and Dylan Cardwell played a great game defensively with five blocks and four rebounds.
