Auburn receiver will miss first college game
Tar’Varish Dawson will miss his first college game as the Tigers host the Akron Zips in their season opener.
Dawson said he would miss game action on an Instagram story.
The post said, “I can’t believe I gotta miss my first college game.”
A reason for Dawson’s absence was not mentioned.
The freshman receiver was one of the bigger surprises during Auburn’s fall camp. He was the only freshman listed on Bryan Harsin’s two-deep on the depth chart released earlier this week.
