Personal: Member of the 2022 Elite 11 Quarterback class, which recognizes the nation’s top senior quarterbacks. Selected to the Under Armour All-American Game, with only the nation’s elite prospect receiving an invite. Consensus four-star prospect among the major recruiting services. The highest ranked recruit to sign with Arizona State since the 2020 class and is a Top-5 rated prospect of all-time to become a Sun Devil. Listed as the No. 31 overall prospect in the ESPN 300, the second-highest of any Sun Devil signee since the service began in 2007. EPSN also lists him as the No. 2 dual-threat quarterback prospect in the nation and No. 3 overall prospect in the loaded state of California while 247 Sports ranked him as the No. 44 overall prospect in the country, No. 6 quarterback prospect in the nation, and No. 4 overall prospect in California. Finished his Pittsburg High School career having completed 402-of-672 (60%) of his passes for 5,816 yards and 80 touchdowns while adding 592 yards and nine touchdowns on the ground. Also played baseball in high school. Brother Roman Rashada is a red-shirt junior DB on the team, having transferred from Mississippi. Father Harlen played DB for the Sun Devils from 1992-1994.
