Was Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray trying to troll Philadelphia fans with his choice of pregame clothing? It's possible.

Murray strode to the locker room Sunday at Lincoln Financial Field before the Cardinals upset the Philadelphia Eagles 35-31 wearing a Pittsburgh Penguins Sidney Crosby jersey. The apparel choice didn't go unnoticed on the social media site X.

The responses to the slight ranged from questions about the jersey's size to critiquing of the troll job – especially since a certain Arizona team eliminated the Philadelphia Phillies in the National League Championship Series last October.

Of course, he may be just a Crosby fan. Still, it's risky to poke the bear or Philadelphia fandom.
