Arizona Cardinals training camp 2023 guide: What to know about schedule, tickets, parking

The 2023 Arizona Cardinals training camp is almost here and fans of the NFL team will have several opportunities to get a look at the players and coaches at State Farm Stadium, beginning with the first of 11 open practices on Thursday, July 27.

Here's what you should know if you are planning on attending 2023 Cardinals training camp in Glendale, including schedule, ticket and parking information as well as what you can and cannot bring into the stadium, as well as the NFL's Clear Bag policy at the stadium.

The last scheduled open training camp practice for the Cardinals is Aug. 9.

When are the open Arizona Cardinals training camp practices?

Here's the 11 scheduled open practices at State Farm Stadium for the Arizona Cardinals' training camp:

  • July 27: 1:15-2:30 p.m.

  • July 28: 1:45-3:15 p.m.

  • July 29: 1:15-2:45 p.m., Back Together Weekend

  • July 31: 1:45-3 p.m.

  • Aug. 1: 1:15-2:30 p.m.

  • Aug. 2: 1:45-3:15 p.m.

  • Aug. 3: 1:15-2:45 p.m.

  • Aug. 5: 1:15-3:15 p.m., Red & White

  • Aug. 7: 1:45-3:15 p.m.

  • Aug. 8: 1:15-2:45 p.m.

  • Aug. 9: 1:45-3:15 p.m.

How much does it cost to attend a Cardinals training camp practice?

Admission to Cardinals training camp at State Farm Stadium is free, as is parking.

Fans can buy concessions at the stadium and shop in the team shop, but be prepared, they are cashless.

How do I get tickets to Cardinals training camp?

Digital tickets are required for entry into each Arizona Cardinals training camp practice.

Fans can secure up to four free tickets by visiting azcardinals.com/camptix.

The team has a guide to explain how to access digital tickets, how to forward tickets to others and how to accept forwarded tickets.

What is 'Back Together Weekend' at Cardinals training camp?

The Cardinals are holding a special "Back Together Weekend" celebration to kick off training camp on Saturday, July 29 with a practice from 1:15 to 2:45 p.m. at State Farm Stadium.

Season ticket member gates will open at 12:30 p.m., while general public gates will open at 12:45 p.m.

Cardinals mascot Big Red and the team's cheerleaders will be on hand and there will be several activities for children and fans of all ages, as well as post-practice player autographs.

How should I enter State Farm Stadium at Arizona Cardinals training camp?

Fans should enter through Gate 3 on the East side of the stadium for each open practice. Fans can also enter through the Arizona Cardinals Team Shop at the North end near Gate 2. Gates will open 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start of every practice. For the two Saturday practices (July 29, Aug. 5), fans can also enter through Gate 1 on the West side of the stadium. Gate times for the two Saturday practices will be 12:30 p.m. for season ticket members and 12:45 p.m. for general fans.

Where do I park at Arizona Cardinals training camp?

The East side parking lots (Green, Grey) will be available each practice day and will open one hour prior to the scheduled start of every practice. Guests are advised to use the Green entry off of 91st Avenue.

For practices on Saturdays, including the Red & White practice on Saturday, Aug. 6, additional lots on the West (Orange) side of the stadium will also be available for fans to park. Parking for all open practices is free.

What can I bring to Arizona Cardinals training camp practices?

In accordance with current NFL security guidelines, all fans will be subject to screening including the use of magnetometers prior to entry.

Footballs are allowed to be brought to the stadium for camp. You can see a list of prohibited items here.

Prohibited items include aerosol cans, alcoholic beverages, chewing tobacco, fireworks, laptop computers, laser pointers, noisemakers and more.

There are no lockers available at the stadium to secure restricted items.

What is the NFL's Clear Bag policy?

The NFL Clear Bag policy will be in effect at Cardinals camp and all fans are asked to limit the items brought inside the stadium to speed their entry through security.

According to the NFL, to be allowed into State Farm Stadium, and other NFL stadiums, bags must follow these guidelines:

  • Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12" or 30.5 x 15.25 x 30.5 cm. This includes clear backpacks, clear fanny packs and clear cinch bags that fit within the permissible dimensions.

  • No buckles, grommets/hardware or décor can be concealing any part of the bag.

  • One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziplock bag or similar).

  • Logo can only be on one side of the bag.

  • Small bags, non-clear bags that do not exceed 4.5" x 6.5" in size, with or without a handle or strap can be taken into the stadium with one of the clear plastic bags.
