Earned a master's degree in business administration and sports management from Ohio University in 2002. Director of Player Personnel with the Tennessee Titans, 2020-2022. New England Patriots Director of College Scouting (2014-19), Assistant Director of College Scouting (2011-13), national scout (2008-10), area scout (2006-07) and a personnel assistant (2003).

2023: Hired as Cardinals general manager on Jan. 16, 2023. First NFL GM position.

Personal: Ossenfort and his wife, Shannon, have three daughters — Emery, Finley and Landry. Ossenfort played college football at Minnesota-Morris, now an NCAA Division III program. He was a four-year letterman and two-year starter at quarterback who completed 411 of 923 pass attempts for 4,263 yards and 21 touchdowns. He continues to rank first in program history in pass attempts, fourth in completions and fifth in total passing yards.
