The Arizona Republic: Browns 23, Cardinals 20

Jeremy Cluff writes: "The Browns should have beaten the Seahawks last week. They will beat the struggling Cardinals, who are still without Kyler Murray, in Week 9."

Bookies.com: Take the Cardinals with the points vs. Browns

Bill Speros writes: "The Browns quarterback situation remains in flux, as it has been for the past several seasons. Through Week 8, the team had used three different QBs. Is Vinnie Testaverde available? The Browns won two straight before Week 8 and had the lead at Seattle entering the final minute of their 24-20 loss. The Cardinals cannot afford any mistakes by the lake. This is a too big line for a team like Cleveland, especially with pick-prone QBs on both sides of the ball."

CBS Sports: Odds favor Browns in NFL Week 9 vs. Cardinals

Tyler Sullivan writes: "The Cardinals were able to sneak through the backdoor and cover, thanks to a late field goal after a successful onside kick in the fourth quarter of their loss to the Ravens. Meanwhile, the Browns gave up the lead (and failed to cover) after allowing the Seahawks to score the go-ahead touchdown with 38 seconds left in regulation of their Week 8 matchup. The quarterback situations for both of these teams will be worth watching this week. P.J. Walker started for the injured Deshaun Watson and it remains to be seen if he plays in this game. As for the Cardinals, head coach Jonathan Gannon already announced that Joshua Dobbs will start over Kyler Murray, despite the quarterback practicing fully all last week. While this is projected to be one of the lower-scoring games for the week, the Over is a combined 9-6 between these teams this season. The Browns are also 3-1 ATS at home while the Cardinals are 1-3 ATS on the road."
