Another Lone-Star State pick-up for the Tigers

Clemson picked up yet another commitment from the 2023 recruiting class on Tuesday following a big recruiting weekend for the Tigers.

Four-star 2023 offensive tackle Ian Reed announced his verbal commitment to Clemson following his official visit last weekend. Reed, who hails from Vandegrift High School in Austin, Texas, is listed in the 247Sports Composite as the No. 346 prospect nationally and the No. 27 offensive tackle in the 2023 class.

With his commitment, Reed is the first offensive tackle to be added to the 2023 recruiting class, joining quarterback Christopher Vizzina, wide reciever Nathaniel Joseph, defensive end David Ojiegbe, cornerback Avieon Terrell, and cornerback Branden Strozier.
