Alabama basketball is looking to score another victory as the conference regular-season schedule is nearing a close.
Up next is South Carolina, a team on the opposite end of the SEC from the No. 2 Crimson Tide. While Alabama (23-4, 13-1 SEC) just lost its first conference game this past week, the Gamecocks have only won three SEC games.
South Carolina has won two of its past three games against SEC competition, but before then, it had lost nine of 10 conference matchups.
Now, it will face Alabama who will travel to face the Gamecocks (10-17, 3-11) on Wednesday in Columbia, South Carolina. The Crimson Tide hasn't lost to South Carolina in men's basketball since Jan. 30, 2016. Alabama has won seven matchups in a row and nine of the last 10.
