Shoes, smartwatch, a well-curated playlist. Some of the components of a great workout. For women, however, a sports bra can make or break the session. That's why Adidas has created an entire lineup of support to include 43 new styles and an impressive 72 sizes (up to 2XL), serving more body types and workout options than ever before.

The right-fitting bra can do wonders for your overall health and fitness journey. The breasts are in endless motion during any routine. And the"one size fits all" mentality does not apply. In their research, Adidas found that 90 percent of women aren’t wearing the right sports bra size.

Three Stripes also noted that wearing a proper sports bra reduces movement-related breast pain, effectively eliminating the risk of damaging the skin and core ligaments. A standout sports bra also improves overall function and impacts stride length.

With this research in mind, Adidas built its most comprehensive bra collection to date, with the promise of helping women reach their goals with risking injury in the process. Included in the lineup are both high- and low-intensity bras, meant to keep women covered for everything from studio drills to running to yoga. Below are some great picks but be sure to peruse the whole range of options here.

Adidas made this bra with the yogi in mind. It delivers light support and is beyond soft, thanks in large part to the Adisoft fabric (it's like a second skin). Because the shape is so flexible, it also doubles as loungewear.
