7-seed Washington State outlasts 5-seed UCLA to win first-ever Pac-12 Tournament title

Most Outstanding Player Charlisse Leger-Walker scored a game-high 23 points as 7-seed Washington State outlasted 5-seed UCLA, 65-61, to win the 2023 Pac-12 Women's Basketball Tournament Championship and complete an improbable run. It's the first-ever Pac-12 title for the Cougars, who were the lowest seed to ever appear in the Pac-12 title game. Bella Murekatete chipped in with 21 points for WSU. Charisma Osborne led the Bruins with 19 points.
