Here are the 65 Peoria-area girls wrestlers advancing to the 2024 IHSA sectionals

The postseason began Saturday for Illinois high school girls wrestlers, with regionals taking place across the state.

Here are the 65 Peoria-area athletes who finished in the top six of their class and advanced to the Illinois High School Association sectionals, scheduled for Feb. 9-10. Richwoods is among four sectional hosts.

At sectionals, the top four in each class advance to the IHSA state meet scheduled for Feb. 23-24 at Grossinger Motors Arena in Bloomington.
