5-star SG Cam Scott puts Ducks among top schools, announces commitment date
Dana Altman and the Oregon Ducks are in the running to land one of the best players in the 2024 class, and they will find out soon if he’s going to come to Eugene.
5-star shooting guard Cam Scott announced his top six schools on Wednesday, keeping the Ducks in the mix alongside, Auburn, Alabama, South Carolina, Ole Miss, and Texas.
Scott will announce his commitment on August 11 at 2 p.m. ET.
According to the 247Sports Composite, Scott is rated as the No. 24 overall player in the class of 2024, and the No. 5 SG in the nation. According to the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine, South Carolina currently has the best chance to land the 5-star player.
