- So right next to me here is the 2023 Ford F-150 Raptor R. And yes there are a lot of differences between this and the EcoBoost-powered Raptor, namely the 5.2 liter supercharged V8 underhood. But there are a lot of the things that are the same too.
So you look at the width of this truck. It's no wider than a regular V6-powered Raptor. The track is exactly the same, the height exactly the same, and so is the length.
Now that might not be something you expect when you add 250 horsepower, but that's what Ford has done. It even has the same 37-inch tires that you can get on the regular Raptor. So very similar footprint, a lot more power. That is the F-150 Raptor RS formula.
