Mike B: I have no problem with people who are on the no fly list not buying guns provided that those same people have the right to exercise their 5th Amendment to due process. There are people on the list that should not be there and are unable to fight being on that list in a court of law. It's a long, tedious and expensive process to be removed from the list and the government can just arbitrarily put people on it. American citizens should be notified that they are being placed on the list and have the opportunity to fight it in court
