The Washington Wizards have re-signed forward Kevin Seraphin to a $3.8 million qualifying offer, league sources told Yahoo Sports.

Seraphin, 24, averaged 4.7 points and 2.4 rebounds in 53 games for the Wizards last season. He has played four seasons for the Wizards after they made him the 17th pick in the 2010 NBA draft.

The Washington Wizards also have agreed to re-sign guard Garrett Temple to a two-year deal, his agent John Hamilton told Yahoo Sports on Friday. Temple will receive the veteran's minimum with a player's option in the second season.

Temple, known as a defensive specialist, averaged 1.8 points and one assist for the Wizards last season.

The Wizards have re-signed forward-center Drew Gooden and center Marcin Gortat and added forwards Paul Pierce, Kris Humphries and DeJuan Blair this summer.
