UFC on Fox 8 to Take Place at Seattle's KeyArena on July 27

Pascal Krauss Clarifies Why His UFC on Fox 10 Bout with Adam Khaliev Was Cancelled

The UFC will return to Seattle this summer for UFC on Fox 8 on July 27 at the KeyArena. The date of the event has been known, and now the location has been revealed.

The Seattle Times first reported the news citing UFC officials on Friday. It will be the third time the UFC has held an event at the KeyArena.

The promotion put on their first show in Seattle on March 26, 2011, with UFC Fight Night 24: Nogueira vs. Davis. 13,741 spectators attended the event.

Most recently, they returned on Dec. 8, 2012, with UFC on FOX 5: Henderson vs. Diaz, featuring a lightweight title bout between champion Benson Henderson and Nate Diaz. 14,387 fans were in attendance garnering a gate of $1.52 million.

The UFC has yet to announce any fights for the annual trip to Seattle, but the main card will air live on Fox while the preliminary bouts will be featured on FX and Facebook.
