All RFA 4: Griffin vs. Escudero Fighters Drug Tested at Promotion's First Vegas Event
Every fighter on the Resurrection Fighting Alliance card recently held in Las Vegas was drug tested. All 22 fighters also passed those drug tests, which detect performance enhancing and recreational substances.
Nevada State Athletic Commission executive director Keith Kizer informed MMAWeekly.com of the test results on Friday.
RFA 4 was the promotion’s first event in Las Vegas, and was held at the Texas Station Casino.
UFC veteran Tyson Griffin made his return to the cage after a prolonged absence in the RFA 4 main event. He dominated the fight, winning a unanimous decision over fellow UFC vet Efrain Escudero.
The promotion is making a quick turn with RFA 5 taking place on Nov. 30. The event returns to the promotion’s original stomping grounds in Kearney, Neb.
