Ravens WR Smith, RB Pierce leave with concussions

The Baltimore Ravens announced that wide receiver Torrey Smith and running back Bernard Pierce left Sunday's game against the Denver Broncos with concussions.

Smith left the game in the third quarter.

Smith was injured when he made a catch that was ruled incomplete because it was out of bounds. Coach John Harbaugh unsuccessfully challenged the play.

Denver led 31-3 after three quarters but Baltimore closed to within 34-17 with under 4 minutes to play.
