Ravens awarded safety Miles off waivers

The Baltimore Ravens claimed safety Jeromy Miles off waivers on Monday, after he was released by the Cincinnati Bengals on Saturday, according to Bengals.com.

Miles, a top special teams performer for Cincinnati, had missed two games with a hamstring injury this year.

According to the report, Cincinnati plans to bring in veteran Chris Crocker, who has had multiple tours of duty with the Bengals, in for another look.
