Pacers' Hill to miss game with concussion

Indiana point guard George Hill was not available to play Thursday night against the Knicks because of a concussion, the Pacers announced before their playoff game in New York.

Pacers coach George Vogel said Hill is listed as day to day,

Hill sustained the concussion in the first half of Game 4 in a collision with Knicks center Tyson Chandler, according to Vogel. Hill scored 26 points in the game to key an Indiana win.

D.J. Augustin was to replace Hill in the starting lineup. Hill averaged 14.7 points and 4.7 assists during the regular season and is averaging 16 points, 4.4 rebounds and 4.1 assists in the playoffs.

The Pacers had a 3-1 lead in the best-of-seven, second-round Eastern Conference series going into a potential closeout Game 5 against the Knicks in Madison Square Garden.
