Nuggets' Faried leaves with ankle injury

Denver Nuggets forward Kenneth Faried had to be helped off the court after twisting his ankle during Sunday's game against Portland.

X-rays were negative, and Faried is listed as day-to-day. An MRI is scheduled for Monday to determine the extent of the damage.

He left the arena on crutches and won't make the trip to Milwaukee for Monday's game against the Bucks.

Faried is the Nuggets player to start all 80 games, and he's averaging 11.7 points and 9.3 rebounds.
