Nate Allen gets one-year deal from Eagles

The Philadelphia Eagles have agreed to a one-year contract with safety Nate Allen, the team announced.

Allen had 82 tackles, one sack, one forced fumble and one interception last season as he started every game.

Allen has 262 career tackles, three sacks, 24 pass deflections, six interceptions and two forced fumbles in four NFL seasons.

Allen is a 2010 second-round draft pick from South Florida.
