Michael McKenry slugs seventh home run Saturday
Rockies catcher Michael McKenry went 2 for 4 with two walks, one home run and two RBI in his team's 7-6, 12-inning win over the Padres Saturday.
McKenry sparked his team's offense early on, swatting a solo home run in the second inning and adding an RBI single in the third to make it 4-0. It's the second time in the last three games that the catcher has homered while also drawing two walks. McKenry has hit .319/.404/.518 with seven home runs and 19 RBI in 141 at-bats.
