Kevin Martin: Agrees to Deal With Timberwolves

Update: Martin has reached an agreement with the Timberwolves on a four-year, $28 million deal, Yahoo! Sports reports.

Recommendation: The Timberwolves, who were linked to a number of top free agent guards, appear to finally have some stability at the shooting guard spot. Martin averaged 14.0 points per game and shot 43 percent from beyond the arc for the Thunder last season. He should see plenty of minutes, and his production could be boosted by the passing abilities of Ricky Rubio. However, the Wolves also reached an agreement with Chase Budinger on Tuesday, and he could potentially take some minutes from Martin.
