Jets sign S Landry

The New York Jets signed free agent safety Dawan Landry, reuniting him with head coach Rex Ryan.

Landry entered the league as a fifth-round selection by Baltimore in 2006, and spent five years with the Ravens. He played his first three seasons under Ryan, who was Baltimore's defensive coordinator.

Landry also played with the Jacksonville Jaguars for two years before being released in March.
