Jets' Revis leaves game with knee injury

New York Jets cornerback Darrelle Revis had to leave Sunday's game against Miami after sustaining a non-contact injury to his left knee in the third quarter.

He was not expected to return to Sunday's game, but his status for the coming weeks remains uncertain.

Revis was injured while changing directions in pursuit of running back Daniel Thomas. Revis walked off under his own power, but seemed to be in considerable pain.

Revis had returned to action on Sunday after missing last week's game with a concussion.

Revis has been a first-team All-Pro each of the past three seasons.
