Jaromir Jagr destroyed Halloween dance party, sang Chainsmokers (Video)
Jaromir Jagr, Florida Panthers forward and your favorite hockey player, isn’t exactly known for his elaborate Halloween costumes. Like in 2013, when he had Bootsy Collins’ head and the Incredible Hulk’s body. Or something.
For 2016, he teased on Facebook that he was “preparing for Halloween, but it looks like this year won’t require a mask.” And he’s right: When one is dressing like a Pharaoh and one is already the face of (hockey) god, one doesn’t need a mask.
Just a headpiece and, of course, his Cleopatra, 24-year-old model Veronika Kopřivová.
This is just an excuse to party in flip-flops, isn’t it?
But he’s not just a legend for his costume. Oh no. Jagr is a legend because he dresses like a Pharaoh and then BREAKS THAT [EXPLETIVE] DOWN on the dance floor, flipped around the flaps of his headpiece like a burlesque dancer uses her tassels.
Watch Jagr’s night of partying, courtesy of his Instagram Story:
And then he probably ran the stairs inside the Panthers’ arena for three hours. Legwork rests for no holiday, people!
Pretty sure we saw a Napoleon Dynamite and a Gumby at whatever bar Jagr was getting on his groove at. Otherwise known as “The Bar for 43 Year Olds.”
Also, we’ll take a Jaromir Jagr-Singing-The-Chorus remix of that Chainsmokers’ song. Hell, we’d take an all-Jagr version:
“So, baby, drag me farther
‘Cause you’re [expletive] Jaromir Jagr
You used to play abroad
But the travel was much harder
Play in Sunrise for the tax breaks
And the constant stream of models
That can’t blackmail like you told her
Even if you’re getting older”
Thanks to Jordie from Barstool for the tip, and for this last Jagr video, as the legend tells us who is favorite player is:
