Injury sidelines Rams' Amendola against 49ers

The St. Louis Rams faced San Francisco on Sunday without wide receiver Danny Amendola.

Amendola was declared inactive before the game by the Rams because of a foot injury. After sitting out of practice during the week, there was hope that he would play against the 49ers after a walking boot was removed Friday.

Amendola missed most of last Sunday's win over Arizona and was sidelined for three games earlier in the season because of a clavicle injury.

The fourth-year pro has 51 catches for 576 yards and two touchdowns this season.
