Everyone’s favorite anxious parents are back.

Aly Raisman’s inclusion on the U.S. women’s gymnastics team meant that her parents were going to make the trip out to see her in Rio. And while Raisman was fighting to earn a spot for the individual all-around, her parents were fighting right there with her … from the nosebleeds.

The 2012 London Games served as an introduction to the Raismans and their very sympathetic style of parenting. They feel every flip and twist that their daughter goes through, and don’t care what they look like when doing it.

It seems to be working out for everyone.

Aly Raisman won a gold in the team competition and floor exercise in London. Her performance hasn’t slipped in Rio either, helping Team USA build a 10-point lead in the qualifying round, and earning a spot in the individual all-around competition.

Raisman and U.S. women return on Tuesday to compete in the team competition.
