Dustin Pedroia may be dealing with concussion-like symptoms

Red Sox manager John Farrell told reporters following Saturday's game against the Rays that second baseman Dustin Pedroia has "some symptoms that are consistent with a concussion," the Tampa Bay Times reports.

Pedroia took a shot to the face by Logan Forsythe while covering second base in the second inning. He was replaced by Will Middlebrooks. Pedroia is hitting .280 with seven homers and 51 RBI over 535 at-bats this season. At this point, the chances of him playing Sunday at Tropicana Field aren't great.
