Not content with carrying the German flag into Friday's opening ceremonies, Dirk Nowitzki, apparently, convinced new Deutschland halbbruder Chris Kaman to shave some Olympic rings into his head. That, or he got punched in the skull by someone wearing brass knuckles. Citius, Altius, Fortius, Dirkius!
