The Milwaukee Brewers announced today that broadcaster Bob Uecker is going under the knife for heart surgery and is expected to miss the next 10-12 weeks of the season. This is his 40th season calling games on the radio for the Brewers and I'd put him right next to Vin Scully as announcers I'll queue up even if I have no interest in the game they're calling. Here's to a quick and speedy recovery for Ueck, who turned 75 last January. We'll miss him every game that he's gone.
