Former South Alabama LB Khalil Jacobs headed to SEC school

Former South Alabama linebacker Khalil Jacobs is headed to Missouri, he announced Wednesday. Jacobs will be reunited in Columbia with former Jaguars defensive coordinator Corey Batoon, who joined the Tigers program in January. The Niceville, Fla., native also visited Alabama, Auburn and Ole Miss. The 6-foot-2, 218-pound Jacobs totaled 56 tackles, 8.5 tackles for loss, three sacks and three forced fumbles in a part-time role as a sophomore in 2023.
