Sam Pagano (and his cigar) causes stir on Twitter after Colts' upset win

Chuck Pagano has come a long way since Sept. 26, 2012. That was the day the Indianapolis Colts head coach was diagnosed with leukemia just three games into his first season as the sideline boss of the franchise. But thanks to then-Indy offensive coordinator (and current Arizona Cardinals head coach) Bruce Arians' leadership, the Colts managed a playoff berth that season. Fast-forward two years later and a cancer-free Pagano was on the field Sunday to witness his team's 24-13 upset victory over the Denver Broncos. As was his cigar-toting father Sam — who bears a funny resemblance to Chuck's former interim coach. The elder Pagano's appearance (and similarity in appearance to Arians) had Twitter buzzing.

Next up for the Colts is a date in the AFC Championship game this Sunday when they visit the New England Patriots.
