Jack Nicklaus and Rod Laver give us a major-heavy photo from Wimbledon

When sports legends meet, and become friends, it's one of the coolest things in sports. The only person on this planet that could truly feel what someone like Roger Federer was going through in his prime was Tiger Woods, and the two became buddies because of it.

Saturday at Wimbledon, two of the best ever at their respect sports took in the Novak Djokovic-Grigor Dimitrov semifinal together in the Royal Box. Jack Nicklaus and his 18 major championships sat next to Rod Laver and his 11 Grand Slams, watching an exciting match between Djokovic and Dimitrov as they await Federer's attempt at a ninth final appearance at Wimbledon and possibly an eighth Wimbledon title if he can get through these next two matches.

So for those counting at home, that will be 29 combined majors watching a man with 17 himself play on court on this July 4th.
