Rafa Benitez finally got his first win with Chelsea in a 6-1 trouncing of Nordsjaelland at home. Fernando Tores scored two confident goals, Petr Cech saved yet another penalty and the evening was only completely ruined by fact that it proved to be a meaningless final match of the Champions League group stage against and Chelsea became the first champions to ever get knocked out in the group stage the following season.
