That video of Kate Hansen seeing a 'wolf' in her dorm? Yeah, it was a hoax by Jimmy Kimmel
There’s been so much press about #SochiProblems and stray dogs these past few weeks that it seemed we'd believe any story that came out of the Olympics, no matter how weird.
Still, let's give credit where credit is due: Late-night host Jimmy Kimmel seized upon that weakness and worked with American luger Kate Hansen to release a YouTube video of what looked like a wolf roaming through her dorm in the Olympic village. The clip quickly went viral and showed up on a lot of websites, including this one.

The only problem was that it was staged.
Yep, that's right. Like he did with that twerking fail video last fall, Jimmy Kimmel got us again. According to Inside Edition, Kimmel plans to have Hansen on his show Thursday night to explain how the whole thing went down.
