In Thursday's men's BMX qualifying heats, New Zealand's Marc Willers won with much more ease than he expected.

(Getty)Willers had the lead early with France's Joris Daudet tailing him. But then ... (Getty)... Daudet clipped a competitor as he moved inside. The crash didn't end there.

(Getty)Pretty much the whole field crashed. No one was hurt and they all got up to finish the race, but in the meantime:

(Getty)Willers crossed the finish line all by his lonesome. Not a bad way to move into a semifinal, right? BMX continues Friday with semifinal action.
