In 2011, it was Ryan Kesler's nude clutching of a boulder that sent hearts aflutter. The Puck Buddys in particular are still fanning themselves.
For 2012, the honor of token featured professional hockey player in the issue went to Brad Richards of the New York Rangers, who crossed over in pop culture when he dated faux-geek and current "The Newsroom" actress Olivia Munn during the season.
The Body Issue hits mailboxes and newsstands this week. Here's the Rangers star talking about the photo-shoot process while wearing a bathrobe or nothing at all.
