Urban Meyer's wife's hair caught on fire celebrating her birthday (Photo)
It's been a big week for Shelley Meyer, the wife of Ohio State coach Urban Meyer. Over the weekend, she cried tears of joy after the Buckeyes were selected for the College Football Playoff. And as she celebrated her 50th birthday, her hair caught on fire while she was blowing out the candles.

Thankfully, the fire was quickly noticed and extinguished and Shelley was having some fun with it on Twitter.

Maybe Urban will break out a "run like your hair's on fire" line to one of his players during practice preparations before facing Alabama in the Sugar Bowl. (OK, yeah, that was a bad joke.)
Like many football coaches, Urban can have a laserlike focus on football – he left Florida for both family and health reasons. And it appears it's rubbed off on Shelley too. This close up shows just how focused she was on getting those candles extinguished while her hair was burning. If you have long hair and are celebrating a birthday by blowing out birthday candles, this is a good reminder to keep it back.
