Line judge Allen Andrick left the game between Louisiana-Monroe and Wake Forest after ULM safety Justin Backus plowed into him while trying to avoid tripping over a Wake Forest receiver.
Andrick was on the ground motionless for a few seconds before finally sitting up. Members of the Wake Forest training staff attended to him immediately and were checking the back of his head. Andrick walked off the field under his own power, but did not return.
