Former Raiders QB JaMarcus Russell wants back in the NFL after last playing in 2010. Reports suggest there are teams interested, but don’t want to be publicly linked to him because of the potential distraction. Mike Florio says now is the time to give the former first-overall pick a chance, before rosters have to be cut down from 90.
