SOCCERLY.COM: Rafael Marquez is one of very few players who already has a guaranteed spot on Mexico's World Cup roster. The veteran defender even has the captain's armband already reserved for himself. But how much is Miguel "Piojo" Herrera risking having Marquez on the squad/starting lineup/leading the team? 

Rafa Marquez is a very talented defender that left Liga MX's Atlas at a very young age to go play in France's Monaco. He won one league title (1999/00) and one league cup (2002/03) with the French principality. He then transferred to La Liga's Barcelona and was part of what many considered the best team in history.
