DPS: Mickelson’s caddie talks Lefty’s greatest round

Phil Mickelson's caddy, Jim "Bones" Mackay, joined The Dan Patrick Show to discuss the weekend's emotional win at Muirfield. Mackay, who has carried the bag for Mickelson in 43 of his 44 PGA Tour wins, said that Lefty's final-round 66 was easily the best round he's ever seen while caddying. The fact that it came at a historic course -- not to mention in a major Mickelson had yet to win -- admittedly got the better of Mackay, who broke down in tears after the 18th hole.

In addition to the Open Championship, Patrick and Mackay also discussed Mickelson's eating habits on the course, his favorite football team and the most frequent source of discord between the five-time major champ and his caddy of over 20 years.
